PREFACE
TV DX from Mexico is often received at our location, which is about 500 miles from the Rio Grande Valley.
Mexico is my favorite TV DX target. Not just because of the challenge
of identifying the stations--stations that use a language in which I'm
not fluent, and many of which don't air local IDs. Moreover, I enjoy
TV DX from south of the border because TV in Mexico (on both the national
and local levels) continues to be creative and unique in many
respects.
